Off for vacation
Well here I go off on another vacation. This time I'm going to the Chicago suburbs to visit my family for 2 1/2 weeks. I've tried bringing art supplies with me before but I never get around to doing artwork there so I am going to try and not stress over it and just have a good time with family.... even though I deadlines.... deadlines... ok I said I'm not going to stress.

Interesting - because am always finding myself doing something on vacation, in this case a simple color pencil still life, and pen/ink sketches.... in a way, do wish could 'leave it all at home' and just not do any art while on vacation, but hasn't happened so far...
I sure do miss seeing your work, I hope you are having a good time!
Oh well the trick is to go to your mother's house with your two kids and sister's kid and you just plain ole can't do any artwork! ;-)
