Blue # 3

This one is 11 x 14" so a bit smaller than the other 2. I'm going to take a little break from the blue backgrounds on the next one. Partially because I am low on blue pencils again! Then there's the conspiracy that two galleries around here are having color themed shows: "Red" and the other "Green." Don't they know I'm doing my "Blue" period?

I like how the front is a round edge. Kinda makes the work flow off the work space.

I always like the reds in your work.

Nicole, did you use watercolor or the crayons to do an underpainting first, or did you layer with dry colored pencil?
